XDAT9200 Series Jet Towel Machines

The heavyweight XDAT9200 series jet towel machine features an enhanced frame structure and a curved weft-knocking shaft, ensuring superior stability and significantly reducing equipment vibrations. Equipped with a six-link weft-knocking system, it extends the warp opening time, making it easier to pick up the weft and ideal for weaving wide-width fabrics on large-scale looms. The machine also incorporates a clamping mechanism, allowing the raising/lowering lever to operate in both positive and negative modes—further expanding its versatility in towel weaving applications. Additionally, this model offers optional opening mechanisms, including electronic multi-shaft systems and large jacquard setups, enabling advanced functionalities such as electronic warp feeding, electronic reed movement, and variable weft density control. Other standout features include automatic warp break detection, dual electronic weft-length sensors, electronic weft storage, edge yarn break detection, and side yarn catch detection—all fully managed by intuitive electronic controls, enhancing user convenience and operational efficiency.
