XD408 Series High-Performance Water-Jet Loom

The XD408 series water-jet loom is a next-generation model developed by the company, building on the advanced features of the ZW405 while incorporating structural upgrades from the XD851. The entire machine architecture of the XD408 series has been comprehensively redesigned with an expanded support area for the crossbeam, significantly enhancing the loom's stability. Additionally, the weft delivery mechanism now boasts a larger cross-sectional area, boosting the loom’s ability to handle high-density, heavyweight fabrics. Compared to the XD851, this model delivers notably improved speed, stability, and operational longevity when processing the same types of textiles. Depending on the specific weaving requirements for fabric shedding, the XD408 can be equipped with optional configurations such as crank-driven flat shed, cam shed, or multi-arm shedding systems. It also offers flexibility in pump options—single or dual pumps—and, when paired with an intelligent electronic control system, can be further enhanced with advanced features like dual-, triple-, quad-, or even six-nozzle electronic weft detectors.
